For those interested in the study of Tibetan Buddhism, there will be the extraordinary opportunity to receive teachings and instruction on meditation techniques from Tibetan Buddhist Meditation Master, Lama Lödu Rinpoche who is Lineage Holder of the Karma Kagyu and Shangpa Kagyu Schools of Vajrayana Buddhism, and a widely recognized Tibetan teacher, author and Tibetan Buddhist authority. Rinpoche is the resident spiritual director of Kagyu Droden Kunchab in San Francisco, California.

In addition to the public teachings, Rinpoche will be available for private interviews (by appointment – see Itinerary below).


DATES:

August 14-17 (Friday – Monday) will be the third time Ven. Lama Lödu Rinpoche has visited the Oklahoma City metro group to give rare Dharma teachings from a Tibetan Vajrayana perspective. Previously, he also offered Vajrayana empowerments from an unbroken Tibetan lineage.

All the teachings, Q & A sessions and private interviews will be suitable for beginners as well as advanced students.

COST:

A donation of $25 per session is suggested but not required.
No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Proceeds will cover venue and Rinpoche’s travel expenses. All surplus funding will go to bring more teachers back to the OKC metro area.

Oklahoma Rimé Foundation is an organization established for the purpose of propagating the Buddha Dharma for the benefit of all sentient beings. We are now in the process of forming a non profit 501c3.
